  •  If no one is present to receive the item at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery fee (minimum $70) will apply.
  • Please notify any changes to delivery day/time 24 hours in advance.
  • Please ensure that door/stairway sizes are ready before the delivery driver's arrival. Also, remove any items in the way, including old appliances, and ensure doorways are clear. Fix all water taps, drain points, and power sources.
  • Any situation with poor/restricted access or that requires the removal of main doors must be addressed beforehand.

We can take away your old appliance when delivering your new product

If it is difficult to move or if there are many cockroaches, we may refuse pickup.
