⚠️ We strongly recommend our professional delivery and installation service for your safety and convenience. If you prefer self-pickup, please read and agree to the terms below before proceeding.

Self-Pickup Terms & Conditions

1. Liability Transfer & Damage in Transit

  • Once the appliance leaves our premises, all liability transfers to the customer. Any damage (scratches, dents, or mechanical faults) during transit is the customer's sole responsibility.
  • Our warranty covers mechanical and electrical faults only — it strictly excludes damage caused by improper transport or handling.

2. Warranty Return Policy (Return to Store)

  • For a valid warranty claim, the customer is responsible for returning the appliance to our store at their own expense for inspection and repair/replacement.
  • If you require our team to collect and redeliver, a Standard Delivery Charge will apply.

3. Vehicle & Lifting Requirements

  • We strongly recommend at least two people for pickup. Loading may be restricted if you arrive alone.
  • You must bring an appropriate vehicle with sufficient height (e.g., Ute or Van).
  • We strictly refuse sales if you attempt to transport fridges or washing machines lying down in a standard car.
  • ⚠️ Transporting a fridge horizontally causes compressor oil leakage, which voids the warranty immediately. If laid down, the fridge must sit upright for at least 12–24 hours before plugging in.

4. Pre-Pickup Inspection & Verification

  • We will demonstrate the appliance is in 100% working order in your presence before handover.
  • Item condition at pickup is recorded via store CCTV and photos/videos for quality control and mutual protection.
